HL-004J Metal Leather Adhesives
HL-004J hot melt adhesive which is a water-based adhesive , including A and B coatings with good adhesion and flexibility.It has good bonding effect for metal, and it has anti-aging performance and thermal stability.

❏Using method：
To mix well before use.
Steps：
1.Apply adhesive A evenly to metal bonding surface using a 200 mesh sieve plate.
2.Put the coated metal into an oven (dry at 140 ℃ for about 15 minutes) then take it out.
3.Apply adhesive B evenly to metal bonding surface using a 200 mesh sieve plate and let it dry naturally.
4.Allow the metal surface to dry then overlap with the leather surface to be bonded (wipe the leather with alcohol before hot pressing), and finish hot pressing at 120℃ for 5 seconds.

Keep package sealed and store in a cool place.
Use it in short time once opened.
